If you choose to cancel your confirmed booking for any personal reason, please be explicitly aware that the advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Safety is our utmost priority. If Varanasi Boat Rides is forced to cancel your scheduled ride due to severe, unsafe weather conditions, sudden administrative orders, or any unforeseen operational hazards, you will be entitled to a full 100% refund of your payment.
Should you wish to reschedule your boat ride timing or date, you are required to inform our team at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled time. Please note that all rescheduling requests are entirely subject to boat availability and cannot be guaranteed.
